Roadmap

Cross.social has made significant progress, but there is still a long way to go. Here are some of the goals set out for Cross.social:

2016: Suppression of information - Facebook, Twitter, and other social platforms decided what information users could and could not see.

2017: Privacy violations - Reports about tech giants and social platforms repeatedly violating users' right to privacy appeared.

2018: Emergence of fact-checkers - A further attack on freedom of speech. Platforms control who would be silenced by "fact-checkers."

2019 Q1: Idea of a decentralized social platform - The idea arose for a platform that respects freedom of speech and is not influenced by the current narrative.

2019 Q2: Rise of decentralization - Realizing that blockchain is essential for the next-gen social platform.

2020 Q4: Developers team assemble - Initial architects started gathering a team of specialists united by the cause.

2021 Q1: Donald Trump banned from Twitter - President of the United States is banned from Twitter for so-called "incorrect political views and actions."

2021 Q1: "Parler" social platform is banned from Amazon - Amazon removes "free speech" social network "Parler" from its web hosting services.

2021 Q1: Start of coding - The team begins to create the architecture of the next-gen social platform. The first line of code is written.

2021 Q2: "Cross social" brand name is confirmed - Cross.social symbolizes a union between different local communities.

2021 Q3: Team of content creators is assembled - A first version of the platform is created, and the need for a team emerges to create the pilot project.

2021 Q4: Sale of "pre-seed" round - "Pre-seed" is launched to secure funding for further development, raising $1.2M.

2022 Q1: Increasing scope of the project - New features added, including Native browser, bulletproof hosting, calendar, crowdfunding functionalities, etc.

2022 Q2: Decentralized marketplace - A decentralized marketplace with crypto support added to the platform's functionality.

2022 Q4: The first project released - Decentralized local media and news project, which uses the Cross.social platform, is deployed.

2022 Q4: Platform for gaming communities - Gaming studios integrate Cross.social platform into their games.

2023 Q3: Seed and private phase to acquire token - Possibility to acquire DAO token for the governance of the social platform begins for seed and private investors. Token owners will be in charge of development.

2023 Q3: Token listing on centralized exchanges - DAO token will be listed on an exchange for the community to acquire and begin their journey with Cross.social.

2023 Q4: Onboarding system - Users can perform various tasks to get DAO tokens for free and become co-owners of the project.

2024 Q1: Video and streaming services - A safe way to stream and host your videos without fear of being politically incorrect.

Team consist of 4 architects:

THREE TOWERS, LLC - Lead by Ernests Cimanskis. A Blockchain gaming studio, with 8 published games. Uniting 100+ blockchain and NFT developers.

OUTFUSION, LLC - Lead by Gediminas (John) Januševičius. App and games development company with 15+ years of experience, uniting a team of 45+ games and app developers.

ESOLUTIONS, LLC - Lead by Jurgita Kiguolė. Marketing and web development company with 25+ years of experience and 20+ employees.

ITMA LT, LLC - Lead by Ernestas Jankauskas. Web system development company with 10+ years of experience, uniting 15+ experts.
